REINFORCING RATIONAL GOVERNANCE:

Today, President Donald J. Trump enacted an Executive Order aimed at dismantling a second wave of executive actions from the previous administration, furthering his commitment to reversing what he deems detrimental policies and restoring effective governance.

  • This Executive Order annuls 19 executive actions instituted by President Biden.
    • This adds to the nearly 80 executive actions President Trump invalidated on his first day in office.

    • In a mere two months, President Trump has revoked more executive actions than the total number of executive orders issued by President Biden throughout his entire first year.

  • These rescissions are deemed crucial for eradicating what the administration labels radical ideologies, curtailing excessive regulations, and placing the interests of American citizens at the forefront.
  • President Trump remains dedicated to the ongoing review and repeal of harmful Biden administration policies, aspiring to usher in a new era of prosperity for America.

UNDOING BIDEN’S UNFAVORABLE POLICIES:

President Trump’s recent directive specifically targets some of President Biden’s most contentious executive orders and policies, including:

  • Revoking Biden’s executive action that promoted radical gender ideology within U.S. diplomacy and foreign aid.
  • Abolishing Biden’s employment of the Defense Production Act to further his Green New Deal initiatives, which included mandates for electric heat pumps and solar panels.
  • Terminating proclamations that designated nearly a million acres as new national monuments, effectively restricting large swathes of land from economic development and energy extraction.
  • Overturning Biden’s executive order that imposed radical labor policies and apprenticeship requirements on American businesses and government entities.
  • Eliminating Biden’s directive that prioritized union-influenced policies, which added unnecessary regulations across various industries.
  • Revoking Biden’s executive order that directed federal resources toward what the administration characterized as radical biotech and biomanufacturing projects under the pretense of environmental stewardship.

TRUMP IS FULFILLING HIS PROMISES:

With today’s Executive Order, President Trump continues to adhere to his pledge to dismantle the problematic policies of his predecessor, steering America back towards a trajectory of prosperity, security, and resilience.

President Trump remarked, “I can undo almost everything Biden did through executive order. And on day one, much of that will be undone.”
