The United States military is hailed as the most powerful, skilled, and brave force ever assembled. On Armed Forces Day, we honor the dedicated men and women serving in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Space Force, who courageously protect the security and sovereignty of our Republic.

This year marks the celebration of 250 years of American independence, a milestone that reminds us that the freedom cherished by generations has been secured by Almighty God’s grace and the dedication of our military members. Throughout our nation’s history, American warriors have consistently stepped up to defend our way of life without faltering.

Every day, whether at home or abroad, the valor and professionalism of our joint forces are evident. No other military can match their relentless efforts and dominance across land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace. The enduring liberty of America is a result of the unwavering commitment and unmatched strength of those in uniform, who willingly risk their lives to protect our history, constitutional legacy, and freedom.

As Commander in Chief, I pledge unwavering support to our warfighters. When duty calls, America’s defenders respond without delay. Under my leadership, they will always receive the resources, equipment, and training necessary to secure victory on any battlefield.

The courageous service members of America are the cornerstone of our peace and prosperity. Today, and every day, the First Lady and I extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Armed Forces and their devoted families, to whom we owe an eternal debt.
