I am very excited about that. It’s a full circle moment. I grew up loving Broadway and now I have the opportunity to perform on that stage. It’s a dream come true. And singing a few bars from “Wicked” on the show was just the cherry on top. It was a moment of pure joy for me.

How has your move to Ireland been treating you?

I love it here. I moved here in response to Donald Trump, after his second term. I just couldn’t stay in the United States anymore. I needed to get out and find a place that felt more aligned with my values. Ireland has been a perfect fit for me. The people are so kind and welcoming, and the scenery is breathtaking. It’s been a wonderful change of pace for me.

What can fans expect from your character Mary as the season progresses?

Without giving too much away, I can say that Mary will continue to surprise and delight viewers. She has a lot of layers to her character, and as the season progresses, we will see more of her story unfold. I think fans will really enjoy where her character goes.

Any final thoughts on your experience filming “And Just Like That”?

It has been an absolute joy. Working with the cast and crew has been amazing, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this iconic show. I hope fans enjoy watching Mary’s journey as much as I enjoyed bringing her to life.

With Rosie O’Donnell’s return to comedy and her captivating portrayal of Mary on “And Just Like That,” fans are in for a treat as they follow the character’s journey throughout the season. O’Donnell’s performance adds a new dynamic to the show, and her chemistry with Cynthia Nixon’s Miranda is undeniable. As the season progresses, viewers can expect more surprises and emotional moments from Mary, making her a standout character in the “Sex and the City” universe.
