Savannah Chrisley, the daughter of Todd and Julie Chrisley, expressed her immense joy and gratitude towards President Donald Trump for pardoning her parents. After two and a half years of fighting for their freedom, Savannah was overjoyed by the news of their pardon. She acknowledged the Trump administration for standing up for what is right and examining the facts before making a decision.

The Chrisley family’s attorney, Alex Little, and criminal justice reform advocate Alice Marie Johnson were also credited by Savannah for their unwavering support throughout the ordeal. While celebrating the pardon, Savannah emphasized that the fight against wrongful convictions and injustice in the prison system is far from over. She vowed to continue using her voice to advocate for those who do not have a platform to speak from.

The news of Todd and Julie’s pardon for their bank fraud and tax evasion case came on a Tuesday, with President Trump personally calling Savannah to deliver the news. Trump expressed his hope for a better life for her parents and commended their impending freedom. Despite the good news, Savannah remains committed to speaking out on important issues close to her heart.

In 2019, Todd and Julie were indicted on multiple charges and eventually began serving their prison sentences in January 2023. Throughout this difficult time, Savannah stepped up as the primary caregiver for her younger siblings and tirelessly advocated for her parents’ case. She revealed in a recent interview that Todd and Julie had not spoken to each other in nearly two years, highlighting the emotional toll of their separation.
