Smokey Robinson Accusers Ordered To Turn Over Cell Phones

Smokey Robinson has scored a victory in his legal battle against his sexual assault accusers as a judge has ruled in favor of his request for the anonymous accusers to surrender their cell phones.

Court documents obtained by TMZ reveal that Smokey expressed concerns that the Jane Doe accusers were potentially deleting crucial data from their phones. He alleged that despite being served discovery requests for cell phone records, the accusers were avoiding compliance.

Smokey’s request to have the accusers hand over their phones was granted by the judge on Wednesday, with a deadline of within 10 days for the phones to be submitted.

Currently facing allegations of sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment, and gender violence from four Jane Does who claim to have worked as housekeepers for Smokey Robinson and his wife, Frances Gladney Robinson.
