The Supreme Court today endorsed President Donald J. Trump’s commitment to safeguarding the rights of women and girls, allowing states to limit female athletic competitions to biological females.

This decision marks a significant triumph for rationality, biological integrity, and the millions of women and girls who deserve fair competition. By supporting laws that protect female sports, the Court has ensured that states can maintain the fairness, safety, and equal opportunities promised by Title IX.

This ruling is a further validation of President Trump’s efforts to reinforce biological reality within the federal government and to defend the rights of women and girls. Since resuming office, President Trump has undertaken numerous actions to support these objectives, such as:

  • Prohibiting men from participating in women’s sports, prompting organizations like the NCAA, the International Olympic Committee, and the World Athletics Council to align their policies with biological facts.
  • Enforcing compliance among athletic organizations with President Trump’s Executive Order by initiating Title IX investigations nationwide, including four recent cases.
  • Reestablishing biological reality as federal policy by acknowledging two unchangeable sexes: male and female.
  • Reinstating biological sex as the only indicator on official federal documents, such as passports.
  • Halting federal support and promotion of child gender modification, leading to over 40 hospitals and health systems ceasing or pausing these programs.
  • Mandating the Department of Health and Human Services to conduct a comprehensive review of practices for children and adolescents, confirming the lack of scientific backing for child gender modification.
  • Ending federal backing for “gender ideology” and “equity” curricula, compelling states to stop promoting such ideologies or face losing federal funds.
  • Reducing billions in federal funding for radical gender ideologies.
  • Focusing on military readiness by requiring service members to serve in accordance with their biological sex, and excluding transgender individuals from service.
  • Ceasing funding for sex change surgeries at the Department of War and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

  • Removing radical gender ideologies from U.S. service academies and training initiatives.
  • Safeguarding women’s areas, including restrooms, locker rooms, and shelters.

President Trump and his administration remain committed to preserving women’s sports, protecting children from radical gender ideologies, and upholding biological truths across the federal government, as he pledged during his campaign.
