Marongiu utilized the unreleased Sora model to craft a captivating piece titled “Surreal Elderhood,” with the intention of striking a balance between absurdity and realism in his work.

Marongiu shared his experience with using Sora, noting that it significantly sped up his usual image-based creation process. He typically creates images and then animates them, but with Sora, he was able to fully embrace text-to-video generation. According to Marongiu, the most time-consuming aspects of the project were conceptualization, testing, and editing, which collectively took approximately two days to complete.
