Taylor Swift to Make Highly Anticipated Return on ‘The Tonight Show’

In an exciting announcement, Taylor Swift will be appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on October 6, shortly after the release of her much-anticipated 12th studio album, titled “The Life of a Showgirl,” on October 3.

Alongside Swift, the episode will feature actress Keri Russell and a special musical performance by the band Format. The show is scheduled to air at 11:35 PM ET/PT on NBC, with streaming available the following day on Peacock.

The Tonight Show hinted at Swift’s upcoming appearance through a whimsical “Showgirl”-themed trailer shared on social media, cleverly incorporating Swift-like Easter eggs such as the number 13, iconic Vegas showgirls, and a catchy phrase from the album: “And, baby, that’s show business for you.”

Swift’s previous appearances on “The Tonight Show” include her 2022 visit to promote her acclaimed album “Midnights.” Additionally, she graced the show during the promotional tour for “Red (Taylor’s Version)” in 2021, alongside engagements on “Late Night With Seth Meyers” and “Saturday Night Live.”

This year, in addition to her appearance on “The Tonight Show,” Swift will also be featured on “The Graham Norton Show” on the album’s release day, October 3, sharing the spotlight with stars Jodie Turner-Smith and Domhnall Gleeson.

In a nod to her fans, Swift will host an 89-minute in-theater special event titled “Taylor Swift: The Official Release Party of a Showgirl,” celebrating her new album. This event will take place in theaters from Friday through Sunday of her album release weekend, with screenings at all 540 AMC Theatres locations, aligning with her ongoing partnership with AMC Theatres Distribution.
