Former ‘The View’ Host Fired Before They Could Quit

After being fired from The View, Sherri Shepherd found herself reflecting on the unexpected turn of events. While she was able to joke about the situation, she also shared a more serious perspective during a recent episode of Sherri.

Recalling the moment she learned of her termination, Shepherd shared, “Firing is not necessarily a bad thing. Shortly after her departure from The View, Shepherd landed a role in Kevin Hart’s film Ride Along, followed by an offer to star as the evil stepmother in a Broadway production of Cinderella alongside Keke Palmer. The actress found herself embracing a wave of new projects and exciting challenges.
