The Trump presidency has been marked by a pattern of self-serving behavior and disregard for the sacrifices made by veterans and public servants. One glaring example of this is Trump’s exorbitant spending on golfing trips, which have cost taxpayers millions of dollars.

According to a report by JS, Trump’s golfing trips to his Mar-a-Lago club in Florida have cost taxpayers approximately $10.7 million. These costs include expenses for Air Force One flights, presidential motorcades, and security measures. When adjusted for inflation, the total cost of Trump’s golfing trips is likely closer to $15 million in 2025 dollars.

While Trump is enjoying luxurious golf outings at the expense of taxpayers, disabled veterans like Luke Graziani are facing unjust terminations from their government jobs. Graziani, a disabled Army veteran working at the Bronx Veterans Affairs hospital, was abruptly fired just five weeks before completing his probation period. This unjust termination highlights the callous disregard for veterans and public servants under the Trump administration.

It is clear that Trump’s presidency is not focused on serving the interests of everyday Americans. Instead, Trump is using his position to enrich himself and his wealthy allies. The mainstream press may not be connecting the dots, but it is up to the American people to hold Trump accountable for his actions.

As we continue to witness Trump’s wasteful spending and disregard for the sacrifices of veterans, it is essential for citizens to speak out and demand accountability. The Trump presidency has revealed a troubling pattern of self-interest and corruption, and it is crucial for the American people to stand up against these abuses of power.
