Do you recall the audacious claim made by Donald Trump when he promised to resolve Russia’s invasion of Ukraine within a mere 24 hours of taking office? He asserted that the task would be straightforward—an easy phone call away.
Well, that certainly hasn’t transpired.
Instead, we find ourselves witnessing this declaration on Truth Social:
The war between Russia and Ukraine is Biden’s war, not mine. I just arrived, and during my four years in office, I successfully prevented it from occurring. President Putin, and everyone else, respected your President! I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS WAR, BUT AM WORKING DILIGENTLY TO GET THE DEATH AND DESTRUCTION TO STOP. If the 2020 Presidential Election was not RIGGED, and it was, in numerous ways, that horrible war would never have happened.
President Zelenskyy and Crooked Joe Biden did an absolutely dreadful job in allowing this travesty to commence. There were countless means of preventing it from ever starting. But that is the past. Now we must get it to STOP, AND FAST. SO SAD!
It’s crucial to note that the invasion of Ukraine was primarily orchestrated by Putin, not initiated by Zelenskyy or Biden.
Biden made efforts to deter Russia by alerting the international community about Putin’s imminent actions.
Trump’s promise to swiftly end the invasion has proven to be yet another unfulfilled commitment, with the weight of that failure resting squarely on his shoulders.
Just as he vowed to lower prices upon entering office but failed to do so, the current state of inflation and the economy can also be traced back to Trump.
The blame-shifting to Biden is hardly a fresh tactic; it was already stale before Trump even began his campaign.
In reality, Joe Biden is not the one holding the presidential office—Donald Trump is.
Each time Trump attempts to attribute failure to Biden, it serves as further evidence that Trump 2.0 is faltering.
