May 30 (Reuters) – On Saturday, the U.S. military announced it conducted a strike on a vessel in the eastern Pacific, resulting in the deaths of three men. This marked the second such operation in two days.
The U.S. Southern Command communicated via a post on X that intelligence confirmed the vessel was traveling through known “narco-trafficking” routes in the eastern Pacific and was involved in “narco-trafficking” activities.
“Three male narco-terrorists were killed during this action. No U.S. military forces were harmed,” stated the post.
This incident is the most recent in a series of similar events in recent months.
