Brittany Cartwright and Brandon Hanson have ended their relationship.
The Valley star, who is 36, confirmed the breakup on her podcast, “When Reality Hits,” on Friday, October 10, stating, “I’m single now.”
“We didn’t work out as a couple,” she elaborated, reflecting on her relationship with Hanson. “We were very close friends before becoming romantic. It escalated quickly and was made public sooner than we anticipated.”
The former Vanderpump Rules cast member noted that their breakup was friendly, expressing hope to maintain a friendship.
“We maintain a lot of care for each other,” she remarked. “The breakup was cordial, but the long-distance aspect and his commitments to his three children made it too challenging. We truly cared for one another, but I couldn’t see a future in it. I hope we can remain friends.”
Cartwright also addressed rumors concerning Hanson financing her recent cosmetic procedures, which involved a tummy tuck and breast implants.
“I’m happily single, and absolutely no one paid for my surgery—only I did,” she joked. “I’m an independent woman, and I’m doing just fine on my own.”
