A star Iowa high school wrestler, Kaiden Parker, found himself in legal trouble after being accused of sexual assault. The incident allegedly occurred in March at a home in Oskaloosa, where Parker forcefully had sexual intercourse with a woman by violently yanking her hair, causing visible bald spots on her scalp. The victim immediately reported the incident to others present at the scene.
Parker, an 18-year-old student at Oskaloosa High School and a participant in last year’s high school state wrestling tournament, was charged with third-degree sexual assault. He was released on a $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear for a preliminary court hearing on December 12.
The Oskaloosa School District acknowledged the allegations and stated that the incident did not take place on school property. They mentioned that the student in question had not attended in-person classes for about a year.
Parker’s wrestling career also came under scrutiny, as he had qualified for the Iowa State Wrestling Tournament in 2025 and finished in 4th place at 132 pounds in Class 2A. In the previous year, he secured sixth place in the tournament, as reported by Sports Illustrated.
