The University of Delaware finds itself in hot water after its student television network paid homage to Charlie Kirk’s assassin in the credits of a sketch comedy show akin to SNL.
In a shocking turn of events, Charlie Kirk, founder of TPUSA, was fatally shot by 22-year-old Tyler Robinson during an event at Utah Valley University just last month.
The Delaware GOP reported that the University of Delaware’s Student Television Network, under the guidance of the Communications Department, aired “The BiweeklyShow” with this contentious credit included.
“Once students caught wind of it, the episode was promptly taken down and reuploaded sans the offending statement. Apparently, the department preferred it to just fade away quietly,” recounted Nick Miles, Executive Director of the Delaware GOP.

“This program operates with faculty oversight and utilizes taxpayer-funded resources, proudly bearing the University’s stamp of approval,” Miles remarked. “For something like this to make it to air is both troubling and utterly unacceptable.”
