Los Angeles Clippers’ star point guard Chris Paul, considered one of the greatest in NBA history, has made the decision to retire. Paul revealed that he plans to retire after the 2025-26 season, marking the end of a remarkable journey in professional basketball. His message was accompanied by a tweet saying, “Back in NC!!! What a rideā¦Still so much leftā¦GRATEFUL for this last one!!” This tweet was shared ahead of his game against the Charlotte Hornets in his home state of North Carolina.
Beginning his NBA career in 2005 as the No. 4 overall pick by the New Orleans Hornets, Paul quickly made a name for himself in the league.
