Margaret Josephs, star of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, recently opened up about her decision to undergo a nose job, which she fondly refers to as a “nasal rejuvenation.” At 58 years old, Josephs decided to make a subtle change to her nose to boost her self-confidence.
In an Instagram post on March 4, Josephs shared that as she aged, she noticed that the cartilage in her nose no longer supported the tip, leading to a slight bump that bothered her in photos. Seeking a solution, she consulted with Dr. Gary Motykie, a plastic surgeon based in West Hollywood, who was able to deliver the results she desired.
Describing the procedure as a “slight tweak” to the tip of her nose to address a droopy appearance, Josephs expressed her satisfaction with the outcome. She emphasized the importance of doing what makes oneself happy and feeling their best, highlighting the significant difference the nose job made for her.
In addition to the nasal rejuvenation, Josephs also underwent fat transfer and stem cell treatment on her face to restore volume. She humorously mentioned “scaring small children” while recovering at The Beverly Hills Hotel, where she documented her recovery process with bruised and bandaged selfies.
Despite the initial swelling and bruising, Josephs exuded confidence in photos taken during her high school reunion, eight weeks post-operation. She continued to showcase her refreshed look at a Broadway show in New York City, proving that the subtle refresh had a significant impact on her overall appearance.
On Valentine’s Day, Josephs expressed her love and gratitude for her husband, Joe Benigno, acknowledging his unwavering support. Through her journey of undergoing a nose job and facial treatments, Josephs remained true to herself and embraced the changes that ultimately boosted her self-esteem.
