Travis Scott is facing a lawsuit after a man alleges that one of the rapper’s security guards violently injured him. However, Travis’ representatives have refuted these claims.
Omar Muhanna claims that he was outside a concert venue where Travis was performing when the security guard employed by Travis assaulted him.
Muhanna alleges that the incident took place on August 17, 2024, in Manhattan, and resulted in severe and permanent injuries.
The alleged assault occurred a few blocks away from the Fanatics Fest where Travis was performing at the Javits Center in Manhattan.
A representative for Travis has stated that he was not present at the scene as he was inside a restaurant when the alleged incident occurred outside.
The lawsuit does not accuse Travis of any wrongdoing but rather points to the security company hired by him as responsible for employing the security guard involved in the incident. Travis’ team has dismissed the lawsuit as baseless.
Muhanna claims that the security guard has a history of aggressive behavior, leading to his injuries. He is seeking compensation for the damages caused.
