During the tenure of President Donald J. Trump, the government has sent a clear and unwavering message to criminals wreaking havoc in our communities: the long arm of the law will reach you, and justice will be served.

In a significant development, FBI Director Kash Patel announced the apprehension of yet another fugitive from the agency’s “Ten Most Wanted” list. This marks the initiation of the extradition process for Francisco Javier Roman-Bardales, a senior figure in the notorious MS-13 gang, who has been captured in Mexico. Roman-Bardales is facing serious charges in the United States for orchestrating acts of violence against civilians and rival gang members, along with his involvement in drug trafficking and extortion both in the U.S. and El Salvador.

This cold-blooded criminal is the third fugitive from the FBI’s “Ten Most Wanted” list to be apprehended during Trump’s presidency.

  • Arnoldo Jimenez, a fugitive wanted for first-degree murder, was captured on January 30, 2025.
  • Donald Eugene Fields II, who was wanted for charges related to child sex trafficking and child rape, was arrested on January 25, 2025.

The Trump Administration asserts that it will spare no effort in its commitment to ensuring the safety of American citizens.
