Cassie and her husband Alex Fine recently made a rare public appearance over a year after providing testimony in the high-profile trial involving her former partner, Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Cassie, whose official name is Casandra Ventura, attended the Season 2 premiere of MobLand at Odeon Luxe Leicester Square in London on Thursday, September 10, to support Fine, 33. Fine appears as Donnie in the crime drama, which features Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan, and Helen Mirren.
Cassie, 40, looked stunning in a grey, body-hugging dress as she posed with Fine, who chose an all-black outfit.
Married since 2019, the couple has two daughters, Frankie Stone Fine, 6, and Sunny Cinco Fine, 5, as well as a son born in May 2025, a few weeks after her testimony in the Diddy trial. Since the trial’s conclusion, Cassie and Fine have largely stayed away from the public eye.
Combs faced arrest in September 2024 on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Cassie, then heavily pregnant, testified against Diddy for four days, alleging physical and sexual abuse during their on-and-off relationship from 2007 to 2018. Diddy has denied these accusations.
The court found Diddy guilty of transportation for prostitution but acquitted him of the more serious charges, sentencing him to four years in federal prison. His legal team has sought to appeal the conviction.
Throughout the trial, Fine was a steadfast supporter of Cassie. Following her 20 hours of testimony, Fine expressed his support through a statement read by his attorney, Douglas Wigdo, outside the courthouse.

In a statement from May 2025, Fine remarked, “Over the past five days, the world has gotten to witness the strength and bravery of my wife freeing herself of her past. There has been speculation online surrounding how it must feel for me to sit there and listen to my wife’s testimony.”
He went on to say, “I have felt so many things sitting there. I have felt tremendous pride and overwhelming love for Cass. I have felt profound anger that she has been subjected to sitting in front of a person who tried to break her.”

While not explicitly naming Diddy, Fine’s statement appeared to address the music mogul and others who attempted to harm Cassie. He emphasized, “You did not break her spirit, nor her smile, that lights up every room. You did not break the soul of a mother who gives the best hugs and plays the silliest games with our little girls. You did not break the woman who has made me a better man.”
Since the trial, the couple seems to have permanently left the U.S. According to court documents obtained by Us in June 2026, Cassie declared that she is “not a resident of California.”
The singer now resides “outside of the United States” and has no plans to return, as indicated in the documents.
