The upcoming CBS comedy pilot, “Eternally Yours,” has recently added three new cast members to its lineup. According to Variety, Rose Abdoo, Tristan Michael Brown, and Shylo Molina have all been cast as series regulars in the single-cam comedy pilot created by Joe Port and Joe Wiseman, known for their work on the hit CBS comedy series “Ghosts.”
Abdoo, known for her roles in “Hacks” and “Gilmore Girls,” will play the character Phyllis, who unknowingly lives with a family of vampires and has given birth to half-vampire twins. Brown, from “Pretty Freakin’ Scary” and “Bunk’d,” will portray Mort, one half of the half-vampire fraternal twins who dreams of becoming a stand-up comedian. Molina, known for “The Afterparty” and “The Really Loud House,” will take on the role of Henry, the other half of the twin duo burdened by the pain of the world despite his perfect abilities.
The trio joins a talented cast that includes Ed Weeks, Jaren Lewison, Allegra Edwards, Helen J. Shen, and Parker Young. The official logline for “Eternally Yours” describes the pilot as an eternal love story about two vampires who have been married for five hundred years, and their struggles to accept the human who is dating their daughter.
“Eternally Yours” is written and executive produced by Port and Wiseman, with Eric Tannenbaum, Kim Tannenbaum, and Jason Wang also serving as executive producers. Trent O’Donnell will direct and executive produce the pilot, which will be produced by CBS Studios.
Character descriptions for the new cast members include Phyllis, a woman who has no idea she lives with vampires; Mort, the average half-vampire twin with dreams of becoming a comedian; and Henry, the gorgeous and gifted half-vampire twin burdened by the pain of life.
