Scott Jennings, the solitary conservative commentator on CNN, emphatically criticized Democrats for rallying behind indicted New York Attorney General Letitia James, asserting that she is facing undue selective prosecution.
Jennings pointedly remarked that the theme of ‘selective prosecution’ has fundamentally underpinned James’s career, twisting the irony knife into the heart of her defense.
It’s quite astonishing to witness Democratic leaders and media figures engaging in historical amnesia, as they conveniently ignore the last decade. They behave as if the current crises exist in a vacuum, reminiscent of a reality show where the plot resets every season.

James also criticized Trump for his disparaging social media remarks targeting a court clerk, resulting in Judge Arthur Engoron issuing a gag order against him. Engoron had previously determined that Trump had defrauded financial institutions through inflated property valuations.
Well, Letitia, the timeless adage remains: No one is above the law.
