The latest update in Dandy’s World for Roblox introduces a new enemy type called the Twisted Squirm. This rare foe is a unique addition to the game and has some distinct features that players need to be aware of.
The Twisted Squirm looks similar to the Squirm Toon but with red eyes and a darker complexion. It is classified as a Rare Twisted and may not always spawn on every floor. One of the standout characteristics of this enemy is that it only spawns on ceilings, making it the only foe in the game to do so. It hangs from a broken cocoon shell and is stationary, requiring players to walk under it to get caught. When captured, players must struggle by alternating between the left and right buttons to escape, or else they will suffer 1 heart damage. This can be challenging especially when other Twisteds are also chasing the player.
During Blackouts, the Twisted Squirm’s red eyes glow, making it easier to spot on ceilings. However, in Roleplay mode, it can walk around on the ground, allowing players to observe its character model and walk animation. Completing the Research associated with the Twisted Squirm in Dandy’s World rewards players with the Stress Ball Trinket. This item increases the player’s Extraction Speed by 5% for a successful skill check and lasts for 15 seconds, with the effect being stackable.
Players must always be vigilant and check not just their surroundings but also above them to avoid being caught by the Twisted Squirm. Its unique spawning location and gameplay mechanics add a new layer of challenge to the game. So, stay on your toes and watch out for this elusive foe in Dandy’s World.
