Ed Sheeran made heads turn at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Festival as he proudly displayed the results of his weight-loss journey.

Speaking to Andy Cohen in an interview, Sheeran opened up about his decision to embark on a fitness journey to get into the “best shape” of his life.

“I had gained some weight last year, and I decided to hit the gym hard to shed some pounds,” Sheeran shared. “But as I progressed, I set a goal for myself to see how far I could push myself.”

When asked about his physical goal, Sheeran admitted that he had never had a six-pack before and wanted to see if he could achieve that milestone.

“I keep slipping up because sometimes I’ll be out and think, ‘I’ll just have a couple of beers,’ and it sets me back,” he confessed. “But overall, I’m pleased with my progress. I truly feel like I’m in the best shape of my life.”
