Robby Hoffman, the wife of Gabby Windey, recently opened up about their first disagreement, which took place on a long flight. The comedian shared the details of her unusual airplane habit on an episode of Netflix’s “Everybody’s Live With John Mulaney.”
Hoffman revealed that during the flight, she had to use the restroom but didn’t want to disturb the sleeping woman sitting next to her and Gabby. Demonstrating her flexibility, she climbed over John Mulaney and Ramy Yousseff to avoid waking the passenger. However, Gabby was not pleased with this approach, insisting that Hoffman should have simply woken the sleeping woman instead of climbing over her.
Despite the disagreement, Hoffman and Windey have been happily married since January, after revealing their relationship in August 2023. Windey expressed her joy on her podcast, “Long Winded,” calling Hoffman the best thing that has ever happened to her. They initially kept their marriage a secret, only sharing the news with the public in March.
In an interview with Cosmopolitan, the couple shared that they decided to get married in Las Vegas after evacuating from the Los Angeles fires. Windey joked about their decision, saying, “What better time to get married than right now? Because if the world is ending, we want to be with each other.”
Despite their initial disagreement on the airplane, it’s clear that Hoffman and Windey have a strong bond and a sense of humor that keeps their relationship exciting. Their love story is proof that sometimes, love can be found in the most unexpected places, even on a turbulent flight.
