Authorities responded to a shooting incident on East Harvard Avenue in the early hours of Nov. 5, where they discovered Orlando Pinzon, 35, suffering from gunshot wounds.

Pinzon was transported to the hospital but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries.

Denver police believe that Boyle and Pinzon were acquainted with each other and that the shooting was a result of a previous conflict between them.
