Elon Musk Allegedly Fathered a Child with Conservative Influencer Ashley St. Clair
On February 14, Ashley St. Clair made headlines after claiming on Twitter that she had welcomed a child with Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk. In her tweet, she stated: “Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father. I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause.”
St. Clair went on to emphasize her desire for her child to have a normal and safe upbringing, urging the media to respect their privacy and refrain from invasive reporting. She accompanied the tweet with the caption “Alea lacta est,” a Latin phrase meaning “the die is cast.”
According to CBS News senior White House reporter Jennifer Jacobs, some aides of former President Donald Trump were aware of Musk’s involvement with St. Clair. Jacobs revealed that the suspicions arose when a pregnant St. Clair was seen at Mar-a-Lago with Musk’s security team.
Conservative commentator Candace Owens also weighed in on the situation, condemning journalists for targeting children. She tweeted, “Children should always be off limits. Journalists are parasites. Hard to imagine going through this with a young one.”
In a follow-up post, St. Clair expressed her appreciation for the support she received from her followers. She reiterated her stance on protecting children from media scrutiny and announced her intention to take a break from social media to focus on her family.
“Wish I did not feel the need to make a statement. Kids should be off-limits for journalists,” she wrote in a pinned tweet. “Will be spending time with my family & logging off for a while.”
