Missing for Two Days
Officials located his body in a wildlife management area.
Christian was reported missing after missing a scheduled meeting on Tuesday.
He was discovered deceased in the Sandy Sanders Wildlife Management Area, just south of Erik in Western Oklahoma, on Thursday morning. Authorities confirmed that the pro-Trump candidate was found in his 2024 charcoal gray Ram truck.
The Beckham County Sheriff’s Office informed KOCO 5 that a hunter notified a deputy patrolling the area after spotting a vehicle crashed off a high ridge overlooking Fish Creek.
The vehicle was located in a ditch, complicating the removal of his body and delaying identification. Curiously, one of his large campaign signs was found lying next to the truck.

His daughter shared a tribute to her father.
Christian’s daughter, Brooklyn, reached out to supporters, asking for their thoughts and prayers.
“Please pray for our family and friends. Our world is upside down right now,” she expressed in a statement. “We are still not sure of everything that happened, so please act with grace and treat my dad’s legacy with dignity.”
“We are extremely grateful to everyone who assisted in the search efforts, and all of the media outlets that shared his information. I know there will be lots of people devastated by his passing.”
Christian’s youngest daughter remembered him as someone who desired “nothing more than to provide and protect his family. He lived only for his kids. He loved his kid with everything in him.”

Proud to be a Local
One of his campaign signs was found near the truck.
He continued: “These are everyday issues that require real solutions and real commitment.”
“I’m running because I believe in the values that built towns like ours — faith, respect, honesty, and responsibility. I believe in supporting parents and teachers, backing our first responders, growing rural opportunity, and making sure government does its job well and stays out of the way when it shouldn’t be involved in it.”
“I’m not a career politician. I’m someone who has lived in a small town, worked here, and raised a family here.”
