To stay committed to his weight loss regimen, Crowe and Theriot reportedly revamped their pantry, removing all unhealthy snacks and junk foods from their home.
“Rather than opting for a highly restrictive diet, Russell focused on consuming clean, healthy foods such as lean protein, fresh vegetables, and fruits. He also made a conscious effort to reduce his alcohol consumption,” the source explained.
