Natasha Lyonne, Kerry Washington, and Reese Witherspoon were among the stars making waves in the entertainment world in May 2025. From the Season 2 premiere of “Poker Face” in Los Angeles to the launch of “Shadow Force” in New York City, and the American Express screening of “F1: The Academy” in Miami Beach, the month was filled with exciting events.

In Los Angeles, Judd Apatow, Gerry Bednob, Steve Carell, Kat Dennings, Catherine Keener, and Jane Lynch gathered for a panel and Q&A session before the 20th-anniversary special screening of “The 40 Year-Old Virgin” at the David Geffen Theater at The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures.

Meanwhile, in Beverly Hills, Ken Jennings, Ravi Ahuja, Dana Walden, and Jimmy Kimmel attended the 28th Annual UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation’s “Taste For A Cure” event at the Beverly Wilshire, where Ahuja received the 2025 Gil Nickel Humanitarian Award.

In New York City, Thomas Keller, Alice Walters, and Jamie Oliver participated in a conversation for Netflix’s “Chef’s Table: Legends” at The Culinary Institute of America at Copia, as part of the Reel Taste Film Awards.

Reese Witherspoon was spotted at the American Express screening of “F1: The Academy” in Miami Beach, while Kelsea Ballerini, Reba McEntire, Mickey Guyton, and Sheryl Crow posed for the class photo at Variety’s Power of Women Nashville event.

Nina Dobrev and Shaun White walked the red carpet at the David Yurman After Party in Miami Beach, while Green Day’s TrĂ© Cool, Billie Joe Armstrong, and Mike Dirnt celebrated the band’s star on The Hollywood Walk Of Fame in Los Angeles.

In New York City, Andrew Saffir, Carla Gugino, Connie Britton, Mariska Hargitay, Daniel Benedict, and Ashley McDermott attended a luncheon for “The Motherhood” hosted by Hallmark Channel, where Britton hosts the show helping single moms transform their lives.

David Dobrik launched the Wavers by Doughbrik snack line in Sherman Oaks, California, and Matt Damon, Luciana Damon, Joe Carnahan, and Kerry Washington were all smiles at the premiere of Lionsgate’s “Shadow Force” at AMC Lincoln Square 13 in New York City.

Finally, Natasha Lyonne, Rian Johnson, and Uzo Aduba graced the Season 2 premiere of Peacock’s “Poker Face” at The Hollywood Legion in Los Angeles. From coast to coast, these celebrities lit up the month of May with their presence and style.
