THIS PROMOTION IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE AT LEAST [18] YEARS OLD AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY.
By entering this Promotion, participants agree to adhere to these Official Rules. Breach of any rule may lead to disqualification at the Sponsor’s discretion. The decisions made by the Sponsor concerning this Promotion are final.
1. PROMOTION PERIOD. The Promotion runs from October 13, 2025, at 12:00 am EST to October 24, 2025, at 11:59 pm EST, by which time all entries must be submitted (“Promotion Period”).
2. ELIGIBILITY. This Promotion is exclusively available to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least [18] years of age at the time of entry. Excluded from eligibility are officers, directors, members, and employees of the Sponsor or any affiliated entities involved with the promotion’s development or administration, along with their immediate families (i.e., parents, children, siblings, spouse), and those living in their household. The Promotion is void where prohibited, and winners must prove their identity, residence, and age to claim a prize.
3. HOW TO ENTER. Two methods of entry are available: (1) Sign up for the Vogue Shopping newsletter on the Vogue newsletter signup page during the Promotion Period, completing and submitting the survey and entry form as instructed, or (2) email VogueShopping_Information@condenast.com with “The Surrey Hotel Giveaway” in the subject line and your full legal name in the body (this information, along with any other materials submitted for this Promotion, will be considered your “Entry”). Email entries must be received within the Promotion Period. All Entries are owned by the Sponsor and will not be confirmed or returned; the Sponsor retains the right to dispose of Entries at its discretion. The Sponsor is not liable for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or tampered Entries, which will be disqualified. Entries produced mechanically, or through any automated means designed to compromise the promotion’s integrity, will be void. The Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, incomplete, late, or missing Entries caused by technical failures.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. A random drawing from all eligible entries will be carried out on or around October 27, 2025 (the “Drawing Date”). The potential winner will be notified via mail, email, and/or phone. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within three (3) business days, fails to return the Affidavit and Release as required, refuses the prize, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the chance to win will be forfeited, and an alternate contender may be chosen. Once a potential winner has been contacted and eligibility verified, they will be confirmed as the “winner” of the Promotion.
5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION. One winner will be selected. The prize consists of a one-night stay in a deluxe suite at The Surrey Hotel between October 2025 and March 2026, plus a complimentary 60-minute custom facial spa treatment. The winner will have the flexibility to choose any available dates within this timeframe, subject to availability and any blackout dates set by The Surrey Hotel (including holidays and peak times). All costs beyond the explicitly listed prize, such as transportation, meals, tips, incidental expenses, and security deposits, will be the winner’s responsibility. The estimated retail value of the prize is approximately $3,000, which may fluctuate based on various factors. No cash will be given for any difference between the estimated and actual value. The winner may need to provide a credit card for any incidentals or additional costs incurred upon check-in. The prize must be redeemed by March 31, 2026. The Sponsor is not responsible for unclaimed prizes if the winner delays. Once booked, the stay dates cannot be changed or canceled.
6. TAXES. Any taxes—federal, state, or local—are solely the winner’s responsibility.
7. ODDS OF WINNING. The chances of winning are contingent on the quantity of eligible entries submitted.
8. NO PRIZE TRANSFER OR SUBSTITUTION. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitutions are permitted except by the Sponsor, who may replace the prize with one of equivalent or higher value.
9. CONSENT AND RELEASE. By entering, participants release the Sponsor and any associated parties—along with their affiliates and staff (referred to collectively as “Sponsor Entities”)—from any and all liability related to this Promotion. This includes, without limitation, claims, injuries, or damages. Except as prohibited, submission is considered consent to use personal information for promotional purposes by the Sponsor without additional compensation. Acceptance of a prize includes a release of Sponsor Entities from all claims in relation to the Promotion and usage of the prize. Successful applicants may need to sign eligibility affidavits and liability/publicity releases. If the prize includes travel, the potential winner and any travel companion may be required to sign additional releases. All completed affidavits and releases must be submitted to the Sponsor within three (3) days of notification. Consent to cooperate with background checks is implied by entry. If a background check reveals unfavorable conduct, the potential winner may be disqualified.
10. DISCLAIMERS. (i) The Sponsor is not liable for entries that are delayed, lost, misdirected, or not received. Entries will be credited to the email account holder associated with the submitted email address. (ii) The Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or contradicts the legitimate operation of the Promotion. Automated entries are prohibited. (iii) The Sponsor reserves the right to amend, terminate, or cancel the Promotion if circumstances inhibit its completion. (iv) The Sponsor is not accountable for errors in the execution of this Promotion. In events of cancellation or termination, the Sponsor may randomly draw from eligible entries received up until the point of discontinuation. (v) THE SPONSOR ENTITIES MAKE NO GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THIS PROMOTION OR PRIZE SUITABILITY. (vi) Any attempts at damaging the website or undermining the Promotion may result in legal action against the entrant. (vii) The values listed for prizes reflect the Sponsor’s estimation; the ultimate market values are determined by the Sponsor.
11. APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION. This Promotion adheres to all relevant local, state, and federal laws. If any legal authority deems any part of these rules unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply. Disputes regarding these rules will be governed by the laws of New York, without conflict of laws. All disputes must be resolved in New York courts, and any awards will focus strictly on actual damages excluding legal fees.
