Expect ICE at the Super Bowl!

The Benny Show

The National Football League has confirmed Bad Bunny as the performer for the 2026 Super Bowl halftime show, prompting the rather dramatic assertion by Donald Trump‘s former campaign manager regarding U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) presence at the event.

On an episode of Benny Johnson‘s “The Benny Show,” Corey Lewandowski expressed his conviction that ICE would be present at Super Bowl LX next year.

Corey, a veteran of Trump’s 2016 and 2020 campaigns, even framed a stark message, declaring, “There is no sanctuary for individuals residing illegally in this country. Not during the Super Bowl, nor anywhere else.”

Bad Bunny, a Puerto Rican sensation, recently shared his excitement about representing his homeland and the Latino community at the event after his selection as halftime act was announced.

Just last month, the chart-topping artist disclosed to I-D magazine his reluctance to bring his successful 30-show Puerto Rican residency to the mainland United States, citing apprehensions concerning ICE and the security of his audience.

In a somewhat ironic twist, Corey lambasted Bad Bunny’s selection, suggesting it’s “shameful” that the NFL would choose an artist who “appears to harbor disdain for America” to headline such an event.

He elaborated, stating, “We ought to be aiming for inclusivity, not exclusion. There’s an abundance of exceptional bands and entertainers who could bring unification, rather than division, to the stage.”

However, Corey insisted that Bad Bunny’s performance is not the catalyst for ICE’s involvement; he made it clear that regardless of the performer, those residing illegally will face deportation.

TMZ has reached out to both the White House and the NFL for comments; no responses have been received as of yet.
