Kade Anderson, a pitcher within the Seattle Mariners organization, was picked third in the 2025 MLB draft by the AL West team. On Thursday, MLB insider Jeff Passan reported that the Mariners have promoted Anderson from Double-A to make his Major League debut on Saturday.
Born on July 6, 2004, in Slidell, Louisiana, Anderson has been in a relationship with his fiancée, Baleigh Benefiel, since July 2021. The couple celebrated their third anniversary in July 2024 with an Instagram post.

Baleigh Benefiel, born in August 2003, graduated from Mandeville High School in 2022, where she was a cheerleader. She also excelled in track, participating in the St. Tammany Parish junior high track and field championship in March 2018. Her 4×200 meter relay team, alongside Bella Arnold, Coleen Kulivan, and Ashlyn Holliday, secured third place.
Baleigh also competed in the FHS Opener on March 5, 2021, at Fontainebleau High School in Mandeville, clocking 14.36 seconds in the 100 meters and 29.78 seconds in the 200 meters. Post-high school, she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Southeastern School of Nursing in Louisiana, graduating in May. She celebrated her accomplishment with an Instagram post on May 21.

Anderson and Benefiel have been engaged since December 13, commemorating the occasion with an Instagram post that captured various moments from the proposal.
