Authorities in Texas arrested a 32-year-old woman and a 75-year-old man for allegedly engaging in loud sexual activity in front of children at a pool within an apartment complex, police reported.
Emilie Parma was reportedly seen atop Douglas Faith, who is 43 years older than her, “grinding and thrusting” and vocalizing loudly in a corner of the pool at the Central Texas Marketplace apartment complex in Waco around 5 p.m. on Sunday.
Witnesses, disturbed by the scene, called 911 to report that the spectacle was making their children uncomfortable, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by KWTX.
Upon arrival, officers found Faith admitting that Parma was indeed on top of him, although he claimed they were not actually having intercourse due to his “penile implant.” However, he did acknowledge there was sexual contact.
Both individuals were arrested and charged with public lewdness.
Additionally, Faith faced a charge of marijuana possession after police discovered two joints in his possession.
According to court records, Parma was released on a $1,500 bond, while Faith was released on a $3,000 bond.
