NOMINATIONS SENT TO THE SENATE:

Erin Browne from New York has been nominated to serve as an Under Secretary of the Treasury.

Brian Cavanaugh of Maryland is nominated to become the Under Secretary for Management at the Department of Homeland Security.

Thomas B. Chapman, also from Maryland, is nominated for reappointment as a Member of the National Transportation Safety Board, with his term extending until December 31, 2028.

Brock Dahl, hailing from Maryland, is selected to be the Legal Adviser at the Department of State.

Jason Holt from Oklahoma is nominated to the position of United States Marshal for the Northern District of Oklahoma, with a term length of four years.

James Macy of Wisconsin is nominated as a Member of the National Labor Relations Board, with a term set to expire on August 27, 2030.

David M. Prouty, from Maryland, is nominated for reappointment as a Member of the National Labor Relations Board, with his term ending on August 27, 2031.

Michelle Steel, from California, is nominated to be the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Republic of Korea.

Michael Tierney, representing Pennsylvania, is nominated as an Assistant Secretary of Veterans Affairs responsible for the Office of Accountability and Whistleblower Protection.

Timothy VerHey from Michigan is nominated to serve as the United States Attorney for the Western District of Michigan, with a term lasting four years.

Eric Wendt, from California, is nominated to serve as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Republic of Albania.

James Woodruff, from Florida, is nominated to be the Chairman of the Merit Systems Protection Board.

WITHDRAWAL SENT TO THE SENATE:

The nomination of Troy Edgar from California, to be the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Republic of El Salvador, originally sent on January 29, 2026, has been withdrawn.
