In light of Nancy Guthrie’s mysterious disappearance, Sheriff Nanos has announced a $2,500 reward for any information that leads to an arrest in the case. Despite conducting DNA tests, the results are expected to take days to return.

While the possibility of a kidnapping ransom has not been ruled out, Sheriff Nanos has not confirmed whether any ransom demands have been made. The situation remains uncertain as the search for Nancy continues.

In an interview with US Weekly, Sheriff Nanos expressed the family’s desperate plea for Nancy’s safe return. “I wish somebody would call us and say, ‘Hey,’ because that’s what the family wants. They just want her back, no questions asked, call us where to come and get her, and we’ll do that.”

While Sheriff Nanos stated that they do not believe Nancy was targeted due to her daughter Savannah’s money and fame, he acknowledged that all possibilities are being considered. “Nothing that we see is leading us that way, but we’ll never dismiss anything. We’ll continue to look at everything, and we’ll just keep moving forward with it,” he shared.
